Will there be an astral chain 2?
The Nintendo Switch has been doing very well ever since it was released in 2017, and one of the primary reasons for its success is not just the first-party games that have dominated just about every time they’ve come out, but also the third-party support that they’ve gotten as well.
This is because the Nintendo Switch has been able to attract third-party developers and publishers to create games for it.
Many game developers, including Ubisoft, Square Enix, and Bethesda (for a period), among others, have attempted to make the Nintendo Switch their primary platform for publishing either ported or original games.
This includes Platinum Games, who are reportedly working very hard on a certain sequel, which is going to be called Astral Chain 2.
Will there be an astral chain 2?
The original Astral Chain was without a doubt one of the most distinctive games released on the Switch, as not only did it have an anime-like aesthetic despite being a 3D game (complete with an anime-style intro sequence), but it also featured a complicated fighting system and a large detective aspect.
According to rumours, Astral Chain 2 is currently being developed and will be released next year. Let us wait and see whether this may be real.
