Victim in Tom Girardi Lawsuit Demands Erika Jayne Show Face in Court

Joseph Ruigomez is owed $11 million from Tom Girardi, and now he wants Erika Jayne to appear in court to answer questions about her finances.

Ruigomez was injured in a gas pipeline explosion and suffered burns on over 90% of his body. He is trying to recover the funds he was owed in order to pay for necessary medical and life expenses.
