Madlyn is starting the show with her boyfriend of 1 1/2 years, Colby Kissinger. Colby issued an ultimatum on their relationship, so it remains to be seen if they will choose to stay together in the end.

The Ultimatum sees multiple couples arrive on the show intent on either getting married or breaking up. Over the course of nine episodes (and one reunion special), they will date other people and then decide if they want to marry the person they arrived with or move on with someone new.
